2 day weekend course teaches the fundamentals of serving wine in any type of outlet.


WSET Level 3

5 day course over five weeks, revised syllabus with an increasing focus on practical application of knowledge, suitable for all international markets.

Introductory one day course.

Students must have passed the Level 1, 2  or 3 in wine and spirits before to take this course.

Hospitality Workshop


This 2 hours training session teaches the fundamentals of serving wine in a correct way.


£500 for your team
(up to 12 people).

You can cancel up to 14 days before the course and receive a 50% refund. Cancelations made within 14 days of the course are non refundable.

  2. First impression
  3. Eye contact
  4. Body language
  5. Tone of voice
  6. Taking a wine order
  7. Opening bottles – Sparkling, Cork & Screw cap
  8. Present and pour – Sparkling, Still & Sweet wines
  9. Order of pouring – Ladies first, age, host
  10. Glassware – Correct glass, set up, polishing
  11. Temperature – Cellar, fridge, ice buckets
  12. Decanting a bottle of wine
